Detailed Job Description

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end features for web applications, from user interface development to backend service integration. The role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, and CSS, along with the ability to work within modern development frameworks and engineering best practices.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, UX, and other engineers to design, build, test, and deploy high-quality software. The role involves developing responsive and accessible user interfaces, implementing secure backend services, working with APIs and databases, and ensuring application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

This position is best suited for a developer who can work independently, communicate effectively, and contribute meaningfully in a collaborative Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack web application features.

• Build responsive and accessible front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Implement backend services and business logic using Java.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and service endpoints.

• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, product, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint ceremonies, and technical planning.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects across the stack.

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices.

• Work with databases and data access layers as needed.

• Write unit tests and support integration testing efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full stack or web application development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.

• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Experience developing both front-end and back-end components.

• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and web application architecture.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment within 50 km radius of the designated location.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
