Overview
Own the engineering and delivery of end-user technology across PCs, MacBooks, tablets, and smartphones. Leverage Apple, Microsoft, and Dell ecosystems with enterprise tools (Intune, MECM, MDT, Apple Business Manager, Apple Device Enrollment) to enhance user experience at scale.

Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage end-user solutions for PCs, Macs, tablets, and smartphones.
- Administer and engineer with Microsoft Intune, MECM/ConfigMgr, MDT, Apple Business Manager (ABM), and Apple Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Package, deploy, and support applications; reverse-engineer packages to meet standards and evolving needs.
- Create comprehensive engineering artifacts: technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams.
- Partner with Enterprise Architects, Service Desk/Tier 2, CyberSecurity, and others to deliver and support solutions.
- Engage end users to understand use cases; propose solutions aligned to standards and portfolio.
- Support virtual solutions: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Windows 365.
- Implement security models using EPM, PAS, PIM, and other RBAC designs.
- Participate in M&A activities (divestitures and acquisitions) with consultants and vendors.
- Own incident/problem management to prevent recurrences; maintain steady-state ope
