Shapes the future of strategic innovation pillar and key innovation platforms under the innovation pillar. Leads a cross-functional team to develop key upstream innovation concepts, deliver communications and IP strategies. Identify future growth opportunities, shape early-stage concepts, and translate consumer and professional insights into innovation pipelines. Manage timeline and deliverables to ensure projects progress against milestones. Strong strategic thinking, creativity and cross-functional collaboration skills, proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paces, cross-functional environment. CPG, with preference for Skin Health & Beauty experience 6 to 10 years experience BA degree in Marketing
