Timeline: 12-month contract August 2025 - August 2026 Role Overview The Senior Manager, Global Franchise Capability, supports the global Franchise Capability learning and development agenda, helping our associates achieve greatness for themselves and for our business. The Franchise Capability Senior Manager will work closely with the Senior Director of Global Franchise Capabilities to help execute against a multi-year plan to achieve growth in core functional skills for associates at all levels. Franchise Leadership, the function that leads our partnerships between the Coca-Cola Company and our Bottling Partners, is one of our key competitive advantages and thus a critical Capability priority for the company. The Franchise Capability Senior Manager must have both experience and a passion for understanding business strategy and for building functional learning and development experiences. This role combines strategic thought leadership, stakeholder consulting and highly skilled program management into one role responsible for supporting end-to-end design, development and delivery of comprehensive development solutions. Sitting within the Talent & Development Center of Excellence (COE), this role delivers innovative adult learning strategies to a community that is hungry to grow. This role will interact with many others by leading project teams and collaborating across the company and also with vendors. Key Accountabilities Capability design and implementation Bring a fresh point of view to the strategic implementation of a rolling 3-year plan, including individual program design, development and program management of several new and ongoing core initiatives Partner with the Learning Innovation and Learner Experience team to infuse innovative and inspiring adult learning strategy into the implementation of existing initiatives and through new initiatives Define success criteria and assess the effectiveness of core offerings through effective data collection and analysis Program Support Lead and support the design, development, delivery, and sustainment of core offerings, including: The Franchise Academy (our global community learning experience) AI powered Negotiation Simulation Learning and development aligned with best practice sharing The Franchise Capabilities Connect (intranet) site Other Franchise Capabilities programs, where needed Stakeholder Consulting and Management Empower the operating units to activate globally designed programs to deepen reach and localization and influence the franchise community to participate and engage in capability programs Engage subject matter experts across the business to capture internal knowledge that can help set a baseline understanding and refinement of key skills Candidate Capability Requirements Learning agility – ability to gain a working knowledge of the function and business, and to switch focus across various projects as needed (Franchise subject matter expertise not required) Critical thinking and problem solving – can bring structured thinking to complex and ambiguous topics Enterprise mindset - highly collaborative working style with ability to deliver results Communication and marketing – written and verbal, including strong storytelling capabilities Data-savvy – ability to gather and analyze relevant data to make informed decisions and report results to stakeholders Human-Centered Design – facilitate the creation of impactful learning experiences, always putting the learner at the center of design 3rd Party Collaboration – ability to work with third party vendors to develop custom programs Candidate Background/Experience Experience leading learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation Strong knowledge of adult learning strategy, learning technology and measurement Passion for developing talent and enabling people to be their best selves Strong stakeholder management, including influencing without authority and the ability to create win-win with business leaders and within the broader HR function Proven experience of successfully juggling many items concurrently Working knowledge of broad talent strategy No degree required. MUST have 8 plus years of experience.
