Max Bill Rate-$28/hr No laptops are needed for this position. Prefer Chemist over Microbiologist -Performs QA lab procedures with minimal supervision using scientific techniques and complex equipment. Analyzes data conducts tests and prepares reports. Requires Bachelors degree- in science related field. experience & lab equipment skills. Must be able to work with MS Office Candidates MUST have technical testing expertise needed for lab operations: • Sample Preparation: Ability to prepare samples for testing, including extraction, dilution, titration, filtration, and separation techniques. • Instrument Operation: Proficiency in operating lab equipment such as: o High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) o Gas Chromatography (GC) o Spectrophotometers (UV-Vis, FTIR) o pH meters, balances, and refractometers o Microscopes (for microbial or material inspections) • Microbiology Testing: Skills in aseptic techniques, inoculations, and use of petri dishes, incubators, and autoclaves for microbial testing. • Chemical and Physical Analysis: Knowledge of methods such as titration, density measurement, and understanding of chemical interactions to ensure product safety. Years of Experience: 2-3 years minimum All interviews will be virtual one round. Schedule: • First 2 Months: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed. • Remaining Contract Period: Rotational schedule: o Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM) o Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) • ***Contract is available for extension
