Description
Summary:
The Project Administrator supports multi-location corporate engineering and advanced technology teams to ensure that project, execution and communication is accomplished to a high quality utilizing our standard processes, systems and project management principles. This role ensures projects supported or led by shared engineering teams meet specific customer and internal stakeholder requirements, program goals, timelines and budgets through system data integrity and timely data driven decision making. A key requirement for the role is to utilize data from our systems to accurately communicate various elements of project status to all stakeholders. The ability and willingness to provide general operating support to leadership, resource owners and individual contributors is expected.

Responsibilities:
• Works closely with project owners, leaders to ensure project data integrity in our project management systems
• Develops, maintains and distributes project reporting
Interacts with SBU stakeholders to identify, categorize and define high level project resource needs.
• Aligns budget plans and communication process between NoEs, ETC’s and SBUs.
• Assists with project deliverable and agreement processes
• Facilitates Purchase Order transactions and reporting to project budget
• Ensure all engineering personnel are time sheeting and provide reports to assist leaders in managing their resources
• Support/Represent the PMO office in Annual Operating Planning with SBU’s
• Works with Director, PMO and other Program Managers to continuously improve process, systems and develop/refine standard work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance
2. Project Management certification preferred,.e.g. CAPM, PMP
3. 5 or more years of experience in project management
4. Advanced experience in MS project or similar project software preferred

Hybrid schedule
3 days on site, 2 days remote
Willing to work with work/life balance schedules
9-5 Eastern are general operating hours
