Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. You will help uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, spreadsheets).

  • Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Communicate findings clearly through data visualizations and presentations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, operations) to define KPIs and data needs.

  • Assist in the design and maintenance of databases and data systems.

  • Support A/B testing and other data experiments.

  • Monitor data integrity and implement quality control checks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.

  • 1–3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Knowledge of statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

  • Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is a bonus.
