Pay: 19.73/hr NTE Supplier BR: 26.00 NTE Customer BR: 26.64 Location: 1000 Abernathy Road, building 400 10thfloor, Atlanta GA 30328 Shift: M-F in office 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Interview: 1st via Teams 2nd in-person (likely day or two after Teams call) Must have: Data Entry experience, ERP (, OTM, AS400, any ERP system), Excel experience. Notes from manager call: Will be transferring data from customers to a master template in Excel. Formulas will be premade. Basically need to be able to move data from customer POs to master template accurately. ********************************************************* How you will impact our team: Assure consignment inventory entry accuracy through the processing and reconciliation of shipments and receipts Enter outbound shipment details into an ERP system based on documents that are emailed to you from our service providers Enter inbound receipt dates into ERP systems based on documents that are emailed to you from our service providers Escalate errors and roadblocks as necessary to our team Create Excel worksheets with data available in the ERP systems in which you will be transacting What you need to succeed: Live the values – Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Excellence Some Post-Secondary Education Preferred 2+ years’ experience with data entry Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook Experience with serialized inventory is a plus Focus on accuracy and completeness Comfortability in asking questions and seeking clarification within our team
