6:30 am start time, will be working 9 hrs and some weekends Must have Forklift experience - sit down and stand up THE ROLE: The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for pulling parts from pick lists and placing incoming stock in the appropriate location. Responsible for packaging and shipping parts and fulfilling warehouse orders, including crating parts for overseas shipment. This role involves frequent use of a forklift and requires the ability to operate a tape measure accurately and build crates suitable for international shipping. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Correctly place incoming stock. Pull parts to a pick list for parts and pump orders. Package and ship parts and warehouse orders. crating parts to go overseas so a lot and off and on the forklift. Must be able to use a tape measure and be able to build crates to go overseas. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Receive incoming freight from vendors. Maintain inventory records accurately on the system. Perform daily cycle counts. Monitor backlog of work and request assistance as required. Support and comply with all safety and 5S requirements related to the position. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organizational needs. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED plus shop related experience. Must be competent in material handling using forklifts and cranes. Ability to perform successfully in the stockroom (internal and external stocking areas) and shipping and receiving. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong communications and teamwork skills. 3-5 years experience
