Job Title: Electrician I Onsite or remote: Onsite Work Location Address: Davie, Florida Shift schedule: Mon – Friday. 2pm – 10:30pm (2nd shift) (40 hours. Willing to work overtime. 1.5 extra for overtime) Pay rate - 35 for high school; 45 for bachelor. Bill rate - 49.7 for high school; 63.9 Core essential skill sets: 1. Knowledge in Control systems and POC, 2. GMP Knowledge. 3. Electrician license. (This is a must) Experience: 1 years Control Systems experience. 5 years of experience on preventive maintenance, equipment and process troubleshooting. Project management experience a plus. Education: We prefer Bachelor's degree but we can go with High school with proper certification for electrician and controls. Duration of Contingent Assignment: 6 months POSITION SUMMARY The position will function as a Control/Electrician with local country/region relevant certifications in the required field. It supports production maintenance equipment as well as utilities at the Davie site for 24x7 manufacturing operations. Minimum requirement: South Florida Electrician license. ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY • Responsible for performing maintenance and support to plant's utility assets, equipment and systems (such as high voltage electricity infrastructure, Cooling & heating systems, gas systems, HVAC, Steam (black & clean), water, communication, sewage and water treatment etc.), in aspects of compliance, reliability, availability and value preservation to support the goals of production. • Responsible to perform end-to-end maintenance, repair and support of utility in expertise, for achieving the system's reliability, availability and value preservation. EHS&S and cGMP compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures relating to the utility's assets and system maintenance, and comply with local/global requirements of Quality, EHS&S and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). • Responsible to report on any deviation from regulations and guidelines. Supplier/Contractor • Responsible to provide technical support for the utility assets and systems, by making sure that assets and systems work properly and competently in accordance with their purpose. Perform preventive actions: execute predictive actions according to main plan, as well as break it down to solutions that will support more efficient operations of utilities. Comply with the most updated global/local work procedures, cGMP regulations and EHS&S regulations, including personal behavior regulations. • Basic knowledge in control systems (PLC, HMI, Relays, Etc.) • Perform automated equipment troubleshooting. • Execute planned maintenance and corrective work orders. • Support to equipment, utilities and process troubleshooting / repairs. • Responsible for meeting planned/scheduled maintenance activities and tracking of those activities in CMMS. • Responsible for multiple small projects related to new equipment, upgrades to existing equipment, facility modifications, and utility infrastructure. • Support and execution of corrective actions (CAPAs) assigned to engineering/maintenance department. • Support execution of equipment related deviations and approvals. • Provides ongoing support to maintenance staff to solve complex problems, understand and coach failure modes, and prepare technical solutions on facility controls equipment. • Will implement safe work practices and process controls to ensure a safe operation of equipment and facility. May include job hazard analysis, failure fault trees, and risk assessments to drive a preventable injury workplace and continuously safe process.
