Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Architect to lead the design and development of scalable data platforms and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, data integration, cloud technologies, and data governance, ensuring that the organization can effectively leverage data for decision-making and innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Data Architecture Design: Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure data architectures that support enterprise analytics, business intelligence, and AI/ML use cases.

Data Integration & ETL: Design data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to integrate structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

Cloud & Big Data Solutions: Architect cloud-based and on-premises data solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Data Governance & Security: Implement best practices for data governance, metadata management, data lineage, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

Database & Data Warehousing: Lead the design and optimization of data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts to support analytics and reporting.

Analytics & Business Intelligence: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to enable self-service analytics and advanced reporting.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize data performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of data systems.

Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align data architecture with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics solutions.

Strong expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica, DBT).

Proficiency in cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).

Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Databricks).

Experience with data modeling (dimensional, relational, NoSQL) and data warehouse design.

Familiarity with BI and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Snowflake.

Experience with machine learning and AI-driven analytics.

Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data processing and analytics.

Hands-on experience with CI/CD for data pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
