Accounting/Administrative Specialist
Opportunity summary:
- You will serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- You will perform job duties as assigned, including project-related work to support the Automation division of Smurfit Client Box on Demand.
How you will impact Smurfit Client
- Machine Inventory
- Reconcile Machine GL
- Submit Machines to FA
- File UCC
- Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.
- Review and track all Misc Invoice submissions:
- Manage machine contracts
- Assist with Avetta compliance
- Assist with Service Scheduling
What you need to succeed:h
- Ability to walk the length of a warehouse and to stand for an extended period of time.
- Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, sales support, preferably in manufacturing environment
- Strong accounting, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving
- Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions
- Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to customers and Client employees
