Description
Experience with cost accounting/ cost analysis required
Good to have if someone has background in manufacturing or in those industries
Onsite role: 5 days a week.
- Maintains one or a combination of general accounting processes and systems.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of journal entries (with appropriate supporting documentation) for the month end close and accounting transactions.
- Maintains, reconciles and resolves P&L and balance sheet ledger accounts. Responsible for preparing analysis and schedules for local management as well as internal and external auditors.
- May be responsible for the maintenance of general accounting subsystems.
- Identifies problems which may arise within COGS, Inventory & Manufacturing and works cross functionally to help resolve.
- Experience in Oracle R12 preferred, experience with Blackline and SAP S4 Hana a plus.
- May assist in data extraction and analysis for ongoing SAP implementation project, as well as ad-hoc requests related to product costing and variance analysis (PPV, MUV, LUV, etc)
